Dear Ven.Wang,
First of all, I wish to extend my goodwill and respect to you and the executive council
of the Buddhist Association of China on the occasion of the new year 2008 and wish the Olympics 2008 to be haosted by China every success,
May I introduce myself to you for your information about my background. I have worked at the Headquarters of the World Fellowship of Buddhists (WFB) for many
years uptil today. I had served as the Hon.Secratary General of The WFB from 1999-2006 under the leadership of H.E.Phan Wannamethee, Ptesident of The WFB. The WFB Delegation led by H.E.Phan Wannamethee visited China in June, 2002 under the sponsorship of the Buddhist Association of China (BAC). I served as Secretary of the Delegation. After visiting the Buddhist temples and cutural centres
including the BAC in Beijing, we visited Xian, Hangzhou and Quangchou
before daparture for Bangkok. I am now serving as a board of Directors of the WFB's Headquarters and Adviser of the World Buddhist University (WBU).
In this connection, I have the honour to inform you that PanyaTharo Bhikkhu,
Meditation Master of Maha Buddharam Temple,the Buddhist Centre of Srisaket
Province in the Northeast of Thailand which is also my home town wishes to pay a
study visit to China to observe and practise meditation based on the Mahayana and
Vajrayana school in Beijing and Tibet for about one month: 15 days in Beijing and 15 days in Tibet or the suitable places arranged by the BAC.This study-visit will enhance and strengthen cooperation and cultural exchange in the field of Buddhism. Thailand is a Buddhist country with 95% of the whole population (63 million) and the rest are Muslim and Christian. Srisaket is one of the provinces where the most peoples practise Buddhism as way of life. The Bhikkhus play leading roles in
teaching the Buddha-Dharma to the public. Mediation is one of the teachings
which is being interested by the practitioners. Panya Tharo Bhikkhu is
interested in learning and practising the Mahayana and Vajrayana Meditation
for enhancing his knowledge and experience for propagation of the Buddha-
-Dharma in Thailand.
I therefore do hope that you will kindly arrage the
programe of his visits during the months of April or May or June this year
at your discretion including conditions for a visit. Kindly remember my
best regards to Mr.Chang Kaiquing,Deputy-Director of International
Department of the BAC.

Dear Panya Tharo Bhikkhu,
Thank you very much indeed for your promt response to my E-mail concerning the
above subject. In addition. I am very glad to receive the English version
of E-mail from you. Your action indicates that you are ready to go INTER through the world of Buddhism. Few Bhikkhus can do what you have done for promotion of Buddha-Dhamma at international level.
The proverb "WHERE THERE IS WILL,THERE IS WAY" is proved to be true by your determination and action. 5. A 400 School Masters Meeting
The Holy Noises Rings in my Ears

D; 5,000:10U.
Now There held a meeting of 400 School Masters Meeting in a grand temple in the mids of Bangkok; Yannava Temple. The 400 Masters are from all provinces in all parts of Thailand. They are the heads of the school that teach practical Buddhism to the people and the monks. And I was assigned to go to the meeting. I am going this evening by a rapid train that will reach Bangkok at 05.50 in the next morning. The meeting will last 3 days from 23 to 25 of April, 2551[2008].
Now I am not quite well. I have got my shoulders ached for a long time. My arms have been ached once in a while that caused me trouble. And the holy Noise was away from me.
But according to the responsibility, I got up in the early morning and walked with mindfulness or Cankamanam and the aches slighted away. And the Holy Noise rings in my ears. Its level is about D; 5000:10U. For the Holy Noises parted from me for a long while when I myself face a rather confused problem. Now it would be my chance to recover and crawl on, along my 5 educations.
And begin to record every data about the Holy Noise.
6. A Return of the Noble Noise

I went by a rapid train. I still felt ache in my shoulders and arms so I went to bed at once. A young man was my materoom. He was lower while I was upper.

On the train at 00.40 I woke up and there ! The noble noise rang around me. And I listened to it with great surprise. It was now coming to the higher level at a standard one D;10,000:10U.
7. Believing in My Assumption

The meeting ended yesterday. I was satisfied with the noble noise rang 3 nights in Mahajesdabodin building. I was not satisfied with my health. I was back to Sisaket with a rather bad health. It's about my stomach and my shoulder-arm ache.
In the meeting of about 400 monks ; the Meditation Masters of the Buddhist Schools, I had a good chance to learn from a famous monk of Mynmar ; The Most Reverend Sayadoor Pattantavirojana Mahathera [ Please click to see the photo and the meeting]. And I was most satisfied to get a rather complete understanding in Buddhism Mynmar and the way of Mynmar monks. And I need not travel to Mynmar anymore, I thought. However what I had to think hard was about my health. A question was am I now too old to travel. Need I to travel ? I meant to take a Thudonka Practice, in the wild lands ; my favourite. And my answer was No. Because I could get a compensation for my Thudonka Practice. That was the Holy Noise. Howabout my body would be, the creation on the Holy Noise could go on, I believed. I still believe in my assumption that to increase the Holy Noise up to D;50000:1-100U. would be the most object of my life in Buddhism.
I ever wrote that
My assumption is; when the noble noise grows in my hearth up to D;50000:10-100 U I myself would be able to lose from human sight. I become unable for anyone to find. I believe the assumption is indeed reasonable according to jhanam science.
But can I do? Yes, ofcourse!

8. Again; A Steady Level of the Holy Noise

These 3 days the Holy Noise came to me. Its level was D;10,000-11,000:10-15U. The highest level of the Holy Noise I ever heard was D;30,000 [It means the efficiency of Jhanam]. But the following was only at D;12,000:20U. as I ever recorded on September 15,2550[2007]:-

A Fresh Report on a very Practice

D;12,000:20U.
I am now sitting before my computer. I am reporting what is happening to me now, this minute. It is raining. I hear the noble noise rather loud and pleasant. I think I am listening a divine music or music of all God. I make my mind calm down in a deep silence and listen the noble noise. It is so sweet, clear as glass, continuous as the falling rain, with a little echo.
For tonight I determined to begin a process to bring back my Panam. So I must sit on my splendid special chair and administer the Panam all night. And the noble noise rings up as if it response to my intention. It is now 23.00 o'clock it is still raining and seems harder and longer. The noise is louder over the rain.
In 5 minutes I will be in a deep Jhanam on the chair and I intend to bring back the red Kasinam I saw last night. And to see if the red eye men come to me. I will call them by my Jhanam; the holy noise. What happens would be reported tomorrow.
The noise is now about D;12,000:20U. It makes me happy indeed.
10. Thinking of the Noble Noise and all Gods again

D;5,000:10 U.
I am thinking of the noble noise and the noble noise is ringing at a rather low level about D;5000:10 U. I would like to increase the noble noise to about D;12,000-13,000:10-30U.with E&Q. So I think of the 5 educations especially my Meditation and my Panam. For I would like to connect all gods once more and beg them to save my daughter’s life.

OK !!! I am beginning my ceremony. How about my meditation? Can I call back my Panam and can I increase the noble noise to the high level? Do gods hear me?
I begin to concentrate my mind in a deep silence at a level I am accustomed to. It’s the 3rd level of meditation according to the Book of Buddhism. Trying to call back my strongest Panam[a strong steady breath] and viewing a bright clear Ksinam.
OK !!!!! In 10 minutes !!!

And now I get a new theoty : The five Educations have to develop together at the same time. And what I care for is How about my Panam? Am I too old for a recover of Panam?
13. The 5 Educations

The noble noise rings all day in my residence but a rather low level. I make up my mind to begin an advance practice. With praying morning and evening then to be living alone in a wood and a graveyard for a week or more.
For these 5 Educations have been most valuable for me, myself and ofcourse for mankind.
These are the 5 Educations and my lately supervision :-
1. My Samadhi or Meditation all right
2. My Kasinam all right
3. My Vipassana Nanadassanam all right
4. My Panam reduced. I have to bring it back in full efficiency situation.
5. My Jhanam I only increase the Jhanam to permanent D;15,000- 20,000:10-50U.
14. The Perfect Noble Noise

D;11,000:15U without E&Q
I am hearing a perfect Noble Noise ringing at D;11,000:15U. without E&Q. The meaning of perfect is it makes me sure that there is a holy noise that rings around my residence now and it's a loud, high frequency sound. But noone hears it exept me. It is as loud as a sound of a kind of insects. A large amount of insects sing together in the deep wood. But the noise is tiny and sharp but it does no harm and no tiresome. I weigh it now at 15 U. that means the loud degree of the noise. I think I would hear the noble noise with please on along all tonight. It is indeed a divine music playing by all gods.

It is ringing in the early morning when I wake up. I felt the sound is very pleased and tender as if a music sound from a faraway land. It's a divine music because it makes me enthusiatic with a deep grief in my hearth. It looks like a sound from the spirit world where I could hear and speak with someone who passes to the spirit world.

The sound of the noble noise rings all day until now. It never cease. It is joyful and cheerful indeed and at the same level D;11,000:15U. I am happy and hopeful.
For I have had an unfinished mission that is to call for the two red-eye men and to visit King of Death. I hope it would come true in the nearest future.

22-23.00 o’clock I went to the graveyard and spent about 1 hour in the midst of the night there but I achieved no more than D;10,000:15U.

I’ve been sitting in the cremation hall of the temple, where the cremation ceremony of a dead people held. And the rain is falling. I am hearing the noble noise. It has been ringing continuously for more than 10 days. It rang all day in the Visak Day. It never cease. It is ringing sweetly now at about D;10,000:15U. The sound has something strange for the sound seems striking that seems ferocious but sweet, joyful and cheerful. Noone hears what I hear. Noone happy with what makes me happy eventhough the noise is at the rather low level : D;10,000:15U.

The noise rings in the praying hall where all monks are praying while I led them pray. The noise overcomes the priest praying. The noise overcomes the sound of the heavy rain.
18.00 o’clock
I am hearing the noble noise. It has a little echo [ E sign ]. However it can not go beyond D;10,000:15U.

The Noble Noise never cease but never cross the D;10,000-15,000:15 U. Though the level brings me happiness but not my goal. My utmost limit would be D;50,000:1-100 U.
And this is what I have to try with all my last lately life. But what I am facing now is it a KANKHATI that blocks the way I walk?

I am sure now, that the noble noise is not leaving me. It is with me now and it will be with me tomorrow. But it is no more than D;10,000-11,000:10-15 U. at which it is sweet and tender and joyful and cheerful, at which its ringing is like a music from paradise where gods live and the music was playing by all Gods for my entertainment.

20 The Noble Noise Classification

My duty is now, to attempt to classify the level of the noble noise and its qualities. I am now hearing its level under D;10,000 : 10 U. I think it is at the level D;8,000-9,999: 15 U. It is quite similar to D;10000 : 15U..But the level D;8,000-9,999:15U. is rather not polite enough quality to classify the music of all gods. But it is quite sweet to hear D,10,000-11,000:15U. to say the gods are playing and the sound descends gently from paradise.
